Steps:

  1. Download the Form:
    • Clients should download the application form available on the Skymark Partners Investment Management Limited website.
  2. Complete the Form:
    • Clients must fill out all required fields on the form accurately and legibly.
  3. Prepare Supporting Documents:
    • Clients should gather all necessary supporting documents as specified in the form instructions.
    • This includes a recent passport photograph and scanned copies of other required documents (e.g., identification, proof of address).
  4. Attach Documents:
    • Ensure that the passport photograph and all scanned documents are attached to the email.
    • Verify that the attachments are clear, legible, and in a commonly accessible format (e.g., PDF, JPEG).
  5. Submit via Email:

  7. Confirmation and Follow-Up:
